* AT 810 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN 
AREA OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FROM ABOUT BLAIN NORTHWARD 
THROUGH PORT ROYAL.

THESE HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SLOWLY 
NORTHWARD...CAUSING LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
