THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLEARFIELD COUNTY IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT.

* AT 836 PM...COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL REPORTED SEVERAL 
  ROADS CLOSED IN THE CITY OF DUBOIS FROM PERSISTENT HEAVY RAIN.

SLOW MOVING...TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL 
RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE 
RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY ACROSS CENTRAL AND 
NORTHERN CLEARFIELD COUNTY THIS EVENING...INCLUDING THE CITIES OF 
CLEARFIELD AND DUBOIS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.
