THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* AT 330 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF SHOWERS 
AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER ABOUT THE WESTERN HALF OF THE COUNTY. THE 
THUNDERSTORMS WERE DRIFTING TO THE EAST AT ABOUT 5 MPH. LOCALLY 
HEAVY RAINS ARE LIKELY THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS. EXTENSIVE 
PONDING OF RAINWATERS IS EXPECTED.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR CRAWFORD COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA HAS BEEN 
CANCELLED...


THE THREAT OF HEAVY RAIN ACROSS CRAWFORD COUNTY HAS ENDED AND THE 
FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.  RAINFALL FROM THE MOST 
RECENT ROUND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS NEARLY AN INCH OVER  
PART OF THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN SECTIONS OF THE COUNTY. DRIER AIR 
WAS SLOWLY FILTERING INTO THE COUNTY WHICH HAS SUPPRESSED THE SHOWER 
ACTIVITY.
