TRUMBULL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO... * UNTIL 430 PM EDT * AT 114 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER TRUMBULL COUNTY MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE CENTRAL PORTION OF THE COUNTY. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE... CORTLAND WARREN BRISTOLVILLE LEAVITTSBURG EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
