AT 525 PM DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING MORE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING 
THROUGH CENTRAL RICHLAND COUNTY INCLUDING THE MANSFIELD AND ONTARIO 
AREAS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY DUMP ANOTHER INCH AND A HALF OF RAIN. 
THIS WILL CAUSE MORE FLOODING OF ROADS AND STREAMS.

PEOPLE SHOULD NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADS AS THE WATER MAY BE 
DEEPER THAN YOU THINK.

THE HEAVY RAIN SHOULD MOVE OUT OF RICHLAND COUNTY BY 630 PM.
