THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ASHLAND COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO...

* UNTIL 130 AM EDT

* AT 920 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED FROM 2 TO 2.5 INCHES 
OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN NEAR ASHLAND FROM 820 UNTIL 920 PM.  FLOODING IN 
LOW LYING AND URBAN AREAS IS LIKELY.  ALSO FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS 
AND CREEKS CAN BE EXPECTED.

...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR ASHLAND COUNTY OHIO UNTIL 130 
AM EDT...

AT 1055 PM...RADAR SHOWED MOST OF THE RAIN HAS ENDED IN ASHLAND 
COUNTY OTHER THAN FOR A FEW LINGERING SPRINKLES IN THE NORTHERN PART 
OF THE COUNTY.  

LAW ENFORCEMENT IN ASHLAND REPORTED HIGH WATER IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS 
IN THE NORTH PART OF THE CITY FROM THE HEAVY RAINFALL BETWEEN 830 PM 
AND 10 PM.  PART OF A TRAILER PARK WAS ALSO REPORTED TO BE FLOODING.

THE FLOODED AREAS WILL TAKE AN HOUR OR TWO FOR THE FLOOD WATERS TO 
RECEDE SO BE AWARE FOR HIGH WATERS IN SPOTS. NEVER DRIVE OR WALK 
THROUGH FLOODED AREAS. THE WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU THINK AND 
THE CURRENT MAY BE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK.
