* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT

* AT 752 PM EDT FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN MAHONING AND PORTAGE 
COUNTIES.  RAINFALL TOTALS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES HAVE ALREADY BEEN 
REPORTED AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED DURING THE REMAINDER OF 
THE EVENING.  RAPID RISES IN SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS IS LIKELY.  
WIDESPREAD URBAN AND LOWLAND FLOODING IS ALSO LIKELY.

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
