THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN COLUMBIA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
    BURKE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA

* UNTIL 445 PM EDT.

* AT 249 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
    CLUSTER OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL    
    BETWEEN WAYNESBORO AND MIDVILLE. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY 
    STATIONARY WITH RAINFALL RATES UP TO 1.5 INCHES PER HOUR. 

* THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...
    WAYNESBORO.
