  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CHAUTAUQUA                
  INSTITUTE...OR   ABOUT 15 MILES WEST OF JAMESTOWN...MOVING EAST AT 
  15 MPH. IN ADDITION TO TORRENTIAL RAIN...THIS STORM IS CAPABLE
