* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WINDSOR COUNTY IN SOUTHERN VERMONT
  ADDISON COUNTY IN CENTRAL VERMONT
  RUTLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHERN VERMONT

* UNTIL 545 PM EDT.

* AT 245 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING INTO WESTERN RUTLAND 
  COUNTY. THE STORMS WILL TRACK NORTHEAST ACROSS NORTHERN 
  RUTLAND...SOUTHERN ADDISON...AND NORTHWEST WINDSOR COUNTIES THIS 
  AFTERNOON. 

AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE IN AREAS THAT HAVE 
ALREADY EXPERIENCED FLASH FLOODING TODAY.  RENEWED FLOOD PROBLEMS 
ARE POSSIBLE IN AREAS FROM FAIR HAVEN...TO BRANDON...GOSHEN...AND 
RIPTON.

SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL RAPIDLY FLOOD...AND ADDITIONAL ROAD 
AND LOCAL BRIDGE WASHOUTS ARE POSSIBLE. 

CAMPERS AND HIKERS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD WATCH FOR 
FLOODING...AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

THE WARNED AREA HAVE RECEDED OR WERE BEGINNING TO RECEDE...ENDING THE
FLASH FLOOD THREAT. EVEN THOUGH STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE RECEDING...
SOME ROADWAYS STILL MAY BE COVERED WITH WATER. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED
