  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF LIMON

* AT 714 PM MDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR CEDAR POINT ON 
I-70 WEST OF LIMON. THE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
