* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LAMAR COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ALABAMA

* UNTIL 1215 PM CDT

* AT 810 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN OVER SULLIGENT...MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THESE 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN THIS MORNING 
ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUND.

MOST FLASH FLOODING DEATHS ARE AUTOMOBILE RELATED. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
