THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BULLOCK COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ALABAMA

* UNTIL 915 PM CDT

* AT 611 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN FROM 14 MILES EAST OF UNION SPRINGS TO SHOPTON...OR FROM 14
  MILES EAST OF UNION SPRINGS TO 14 MILES WEST OF UNION SPRINGS.  THE
  AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. RADARS ESTIMATE THAT 2 
TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA...AND ANOTHER 1 TO 2 
INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.  THIS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.

AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK 
HIGHER GROUND.
