  RAIN FROM TITUS TO 7 MILES SOUTH OF WETUMPKA...OR FROM 15 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF WETUMPKA TO 7 MILES SOUTH OF WETUMPKA...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
