* AT 810 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR SPRINGVILLE...OR 10 MILES SOUTH OF
  MONTROSE...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  HOP BOTTOM AT 825 PM.
