* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BRADFORD COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 415 PM EDT.

* AT 115 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF EXCESSIVE
  RAINFALL OVER THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS MONROETON...NORTH TOWANDA...
  SOUTH BRANCH...TOWANDA AND WYSOX.

RAPID FLOODING LIKELY WILL OCCUR OVER MANY OF THE SMALL STREAMS AND 
CREEKS CLOSE TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED LOCATIONS INCLUDING THE TOWANDA 
CREEK. RAIN SPOTTERS HAVE REPORTED OVER 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL SINCE 
NOON.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
