THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBANY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ULSTER COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 645 PM EDT

* AT 147 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY  
  HEAVY RAIN IN NORTHEASTERN ULSTER COUNTY FROM A NEARLY 
  STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM. OTHER THUNDERSTORMS IN ULSTER COUNTY
  WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN AND COULD EVENTUALLY PRODUCE FLASH 
  FLOODING.  SOUTHEAST ULSTER COUNTY IS VERY SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLOODING
  DUE TO TORRENTIAL RAINS THAT FELL SUNDAY. 

* LOCATIONS IN NORTHEAST ULSTER COUNTY AFFECTED BY THE STATIONARY 
  THUNDERSTORM INCLUDE...MANORVILLE AND SAUGERTIES

RAIN OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS HAS DIMINISHED SOME.  HOWEVER...MORE 
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH 
TONIGHT. SOME OF THE RAINFALL COULD BE VERY HEAVY. A FLOOD WATCH 
REMAINS IN AFFECT. 

REMEMBER...TO NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE IN ANY ROAD THAT IS FLOODED.
