* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LYMAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 918 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MAINLY OVER       
  NORTHERN AND EASTERN LYMAN COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES WERE BETWEEN 2  
  AND A HALF AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN...WITH ANOTHER INCH OR  
  SO WILL BE POSSIBLE BEFORE 10 PM. 

  BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
  DANGERS OF FLOODS OR FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING OCCURS...ACT  
  QUICKLY...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
