THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ABERDEEN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LYMAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 1145 AM CDT

* AN EARLIER THUNDERSTORM DUMPED 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS PARTS
  OF LYMAN COUNTY...ESPECIALLY BETWEEN VIVIAN AND PRESHO.  WATER
  IS REPORTEDLY OVER SEVERAL ROADS...AND MANY DITCHES ARE FULL.
  THE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE ENDED...BUT THE FLOODING WILL CONTINUE FOR
  SEVERAL MORE HOURS.  

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
NEARLY HALF OF ALL FLOOD FATALITIES ARE VEHICLE RELATED.
