* AT 436 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER WEST CENTRAL COCHISE COUNTY...OR ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF SAINT 
  DAVID. 

SMALL STREAMS AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES WILL FLOOD QUICKLY. DO NOT DRIVE 
INTO FLOODED AREAS...ESPECIALLY THROUGH ROADWAY DIPS ALONG HORSE
