* AT 310 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER THREE POINTS...OR ABOUT 24 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MARANA...
  MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.

RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL QUICKLY FILL THE SOTO AND FRESNAL 
WASHES WITH RUNNING WATER...WHICH BOTH FILL INTO THE BRAWLEY WASH 
AND WILL AFFECT BOTH HIGHWAY 286 AND 86 NEAR THREE POINTS.
