  EAST CENTRAL COCHISE COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 345 PM MST

* AT 146 PM MST...SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED AND RADAR ESTIMATES 
  INDICATED OVER 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS RUCKER CANYON...OR 
  ABOUT 31 MILES NORTH OF DOUGLAS...MOVING WEST 5 MPH.

ALTHOUGH THE HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUES TO LESSEN...RUNOFF FORM THESE 
ARE CAUSING FLASH FLOODING. CAMPERS AND HIKERS ALONG CREEKS AND IN 
CANYONS NEED TO MOVE TO HIGH GROUND IN ORDER TO ESCAPE THE FLOOD WATERS.
