THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN PIMA COUNTY IN ARIZONA
  THIS IS FOR THE CATALINA MOUNTAINS INCLUDING THE BULLOCK BURN AREA

* UNTIL 615 PM MST

* AT 403 PM MST...AUTOMATED GAGES AND WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE CATALINA MOUNTAINS NEAR 
  MT. LEMMON/SUMMERHAVEN AND ALSO OVER THE BULLOCK BURN AREA. THE AREA 
  OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ALONG 
THE MOUNT LEMMON HIGHWAY SINCE 330 PM AND THAT UP TO TWO INCHES HAS 
FALLEN OVER THE BULLOCK BURN AREA.

FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS...ROADS...AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES IS LIKELY.
THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP
TERRAIN...ESPECIALLY NEAR BURN AREAS.
