  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SIERRA VISTA...STATE HIGHWAY 
  90 BETWEEN SIERRA VISTA AND INTERSTATE 10...AND KARTCHNER 
  CAVERNS STATE PARK

* AT 119 PM MST...SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTERS AND RADAR REPORTED VERY 
HEAVY RAIN OVER HUACHUCA CITY AND SIERRA VISTA.  WASHES IN THE 
SIERRA VISTA AREA ARE REPORTED TO BE RUNNING VERY RAPIDLY...AND 1 TO
