* AT 928 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 5 MILES EAST OF SCRAPER...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
