* AT 900 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 5 MILES WEST OF TONTITOWN...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
