* AT 303 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 8 MILES WEST OF VIAN...MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH. THIS
  DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
