THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  BENTON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 446 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 4 MILES EAST OF DECATUR TO 3 MILES WEST
  OF GARFIELD...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR INDICATES THAT 1   
  TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA.       
  ANOTHER 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 800 AM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE BENTONVILLE...GRAVETTE...PEA RIDGE...GATEWAY...DECATUR...
  HIWASSE...BELLA VISTA AND GARFIELD.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
