  CREEK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  DELAWARE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  MAYES COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

  INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER    
  2 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 615 AM CDT.


BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
