* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  LATIMER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 200 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 4
  MILES NORTHWEST OF RED OAK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. RADAR     
  INDICATES THAT ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER            
  THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 400 PM CDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL CONTINUE TO BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN
  INCLUDE VETERANS COLONY...WILBURTON...HIGGINS...DAMON AND RED OAK.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR LATIMER COUNTY UNTIL 400 PM
   CDT...

AT 300 PM CDT...RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
RAIN MOVING THROUGH EASTERN LATIMER COUNTY.  

AT 250 PM CDT...CITY HALL IN RED OAK WAS REPORTED TO BE FLOODED.

THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH...AND THE HEAVIEST 
RAIN WILL BE EXITING LATIMER COUNTY BY 400 PM.  SATURATED SOILS 
ALONG WITH RECENT HEAVY RAINS WILL LEAD TO RAPID RISES IN WATER 
LEVELS.
