COFFEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS SOUTHERN DOUGLAS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS LYON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS OSAGE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 145 AM CDT * AT 940 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS...FALLING OVER MUCH OF EAST CENTRAL KANSAS. RADAR INDICATES ONE TO TWO INCHES HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THESE COUNTIES SINCE 6 PM THIS EVENING.
