* AT 611 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED FIVE TO 
SIX INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER SOUTHEASTERN WABAUNSEE COUNTY. 
THIS WOULD INCLUDE MAINLY RURAL AREAS.
