* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN RILEY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 205 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT OVER 
FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER SOME PARTS OF SOUTHERN RILEY 
COUNTY...TO THE SOUTH OF MANHATTAN ON HIGHWAY 177...AND IN THE OGDEN 
AREA. MORE RAIN WAS MOVING OVER THIS SAME AREA.
