THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREAT FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  THE BURN AREAS OF CANYON FERRY LAKE IN LEWIS AND CLARK COUNTY

* UNTIL 915 PM MDT

* AT 710 PM MDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A FLASH FLOOD IN THE
  BURN AREAS...ON THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF CANYON FERRY LAKE. THE
  MAIN THREAT AREA IS THE CAVE GULCH AREA.

A SECOND AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE INTO THE BURN AREA BY 730 PM. 
RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND ONE HALF INCH ARE LIKELY.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
