  NEW PORT RICHEY AREA. THE THUNDERSTORM ASSOCIATED WITH THE TORNADO 
  WAS MOVING WEST AROUND 10 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL AFFECT...
  NEW PORT RICHEY AND GULF HARBORS AREA BY 640 PM EDT.
