* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN POLK COUNTY IN FLORIDA.

  FLOODING WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING CITIES.
  LAKELAND.
  MULBERRY.
  AUBURNDALE.

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT.

* AT 448 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
RAINFALL RATES OF THREE TO FOUR INCHES PER HOUR.  THIS RAIN IS
