THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RUSKIN HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN HERNANDO COUNTY IN FLORIDA.

* UNTIL 1015 PM EDT.

* AT 816 PM EDT...RAINFALL HAS LIGHTENED A LITTLE OVER THE LAST      
  HOURS ACROSS THE AREA...BUT RADAR ESTIMATES OF NEARLY 13 INCHES IN 
  THE LAST 6 HOURS HAVE BEEN REPORTED AND FLOODING IS LIKELY.        
  ANOTHER BAND OF SHOWERS WILL EFFECT THE AREA BEFORE 9 PM. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS... 
AND SOME ROADS.
