JEFFERSON COUNTY IN FLORIDA THIS INCLUDES MONTICELLO * UNTIL 115 PM EDT * AT 1211 PM EDT(1111 AM CDT)...RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF INTENSE PRECIPITATION MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES PER HOUR ACROSS JEFFERSON COUNTY. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED CAUSING LOCAL ROADS AND DITCHES TO TEMPORARILY FLOOD. * DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
