THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEAST WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 545 PM MDT

* AT 341 PM MDT...SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING ON SMALL STREAMS 
AND SLOT CANYONS IN AND AROUND ZION NATIONAL PARK. RUNOFF WILL 
CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT TWO HOURS AND LARGER STREAMS SUCH AS THE 
NORTH FORK OF THE VIRGIN RIVER MAY RISE RAPIDLY.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
