  CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 600 PM MDT

* AT 509 PM MDT...THE PARK SERVICE REPORTED A FLASH FLOOD IN  
CAPITOL REEF NP...AND ACROSS HIGHWAY 24. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
