  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER EASTERN SMITH COUNTY.
  FROM TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE EASTERN
  PORTIONS OF SMITH COUNTY AND ANOTHER TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS
