THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SHREVEPORT HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LAFAYETTE COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS
  NEVADA COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 330 AM CST

* AT 925 PM CST...THE SHREVEPORT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN A 60 MILE WIDE BAND EXTENDING ACROSS
  MOST OF SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS AND SOUTHWESTWARD INTO TEXAS. INDIVIDUAL
  STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST NEAR 40 MPH...BUT THE BAND WAS MOVING
  VERY LITTLE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.
