THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SHREVEPORT HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WINN PARISH IN NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA

* UNTIL 1145 PM CST

* AT 748 PM CST...THE SHREVEPORT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR       
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH OF WINN PARISH...FALLING OVER  
  ALREADY SATURATED GROUND.  AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO THREE INCHES OF    
  RAIN IS LIKELY OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS OVER MUCH OF WINN           
  PARISH...AS REDEVELOPMENT CONTINUES OVER WESTCENTRAL LOUISIANA AND 
  SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

THIS RAIN WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND 
STREAMS...URBAN HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES...ALONG WITH COUNTRY 
ROADS...AND LOW FARMLAND.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.
