  RAIN OVER EAST CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY...OR ABOUT 26 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF CAMPO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...RURAL
