HOWELL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 1100 AM CDT * AT 953 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
