NORTHERN HOWELL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 1100 PM CDT * AT 1022 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DIME SIZE HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
