  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THESE
  STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM WESTPHALIA TO 8
  MILES WEST OF ST. ELIZABETH TO 8 MILES WEST OF LAURIE...AND MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
