* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN PULASKI COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI
  NORTHERN PHELPS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI
  EASTERN CAMDEN COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI
  MARIES COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI
  SOUTHERN MILLER COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1230 AM CDT

* AT 611 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ABOUT TO MOVE ACROSS THE 
  WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE
  OF PRODUCING UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED 
  AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH   
  FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING   
  INCLUDE...ROLLA...VIENNA...ST. JAMES...NEWBURG...IBERIA...  
  DOOLITTLE...DIXON AND CROCKER.

RAINFALL OF THREE TO FIVES INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS THIS 
REGION OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS...AND RESULTED IN WIDESPREAD FLOODING. 
RAINFALL WITH THIS STORM...AND ANY ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS THIS 
TONIGHT...WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
