* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN MCDONALD COUNTY IN MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1030 PM CDT

* AT 443 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.     
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM NOEL 
  TO THE ARKANSAS STATE LINE SOUTH OF 8 MILES SOUTH OF POWELL.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
  FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING
  INCLUDE...PINEVILLE...NOEL AND LANAGAN.
