* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 430 AM CDT

* AT 1029 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.     
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES PER 
  HOUR WITH THESE STORMS. 

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED 
  AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
